Blank Pages
Issue:
Your printer runs as if it's printing, but the output is completely blank.
Problem Cause:
This issue is usually caused by:
- Clogged or dried-out printheads
- Low, empty, or dried ink/toner cartridges
- Improperly installed or misaligned cartridges
- Incorrect paper size or formatting issues in the document itself
Solutions:
- Use the printhead cleaning option from your printer's settings. Run it 2–3 times if necessary.
- Open the cartridge compartment and:
- Inspect ink or toner levels
- Replace any depleted or dried-up cartridges
- Reinsert any misaligned or loose cartridges
- Double-check that the file you're printing actually contains visible content (it happens more often than you'd think).
- Ensure the correct paper size and layout are selected in your printer's settings.
